TIFF Festival- Transylvania International Film Festival

Founded in 2002 in Cluj-Napoca, TIFF managed to become very quickly the most important event dedicated to Romanian film and one of the most spectacular annual cultural events in the area. In 2011, TIFF was accredited by the International Federation of Film Producer Associations (FIAPF), being among the top 40 festivals in the world. The main objective of TIFF remains the promotion of cinematographic art by presenting the most innovative and spectacular films of the moment that emphasize originality and freedom of expression and which differentiate themselves through the unique cinematic language or focus on current trends in the culture of the new generation.

 Untold
Every year, Cluj-Napoca becomes the world capital of night and magic! Untold Festival is the largest annual electronic music festival held in Romania, taking place in the area around Central Park, with the main stage on the Cluj Arena. Untold has been designated Best Major Festival within European Festival Awards 2015.  Untold Festival is a huge EDM-centric music festival in Romania, and is now one of the most famous dance music festivals in Europe.  Showcasing a superstar lineup every summer, Untold attracts dance fans from across the world, drawn in by the big names and the even bigger production.
Although its main stage (inside the 30,000 seater Cluj Arena stadium) may be dominated by EDM, Untold lineup also covers other areas of electronic music, such as techno and drum and bass, usually showcased in some of Cluj's more intimate spaces, including its woodland Forest Stage.

Electric Castle
Electric Castle is a music festival in Romania that takes place every year at Bánffy Castle in Bonţida, Cluj County. The festival combines a variety of musical areas such as rock, reggae, hip hop, trap, electronic or indie music with alternative art technology, street art, and culture.
Electric Castle has been nominated 4 times at the European Festival Awards and has won Best Medium Sized Festival. In the previous editions the festival had stage names such as The Prodigy, Skrillex, Deadmau5, Al-J, Franz Ferdinand, Bring Me the Horizon, Fatboy Slim, Sigur Ros, Bastille, Rudimental, Thievery Corporation, Die Antwoord and many others.
Bánffy Castle (or Bonţida Castle) is a Baroque-style architectural monument located in Bonţida, a village in the vicinity of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. It was built in the 15th century and was owned by the Bánffy family. Electric Castle differs from other festivals in Romania through its concerts that take place on scenes inside and outside a castle. The purpose of the new concept launched by Electric Castle is to give young people a different experience by interacting with electronic music.

Jazz in the Park
Jazz in the Park Festival offers Cluj and the world the chance to reunite with the city, rediscovering it through the power of music and connecting communities. Each of the latest Jazz in the Park editions have brought together over 50,000 people to dozens of concerts and cultural events within the festival. Among the artists who have so far concerted on the festival stages are Dhafer Youssef, Hindi Zahra, Vintage Trouble, Neil Cowley Trio, Mammal Hands, Lars Danielsson, Barcelona Gipsy Balkan Orchestra, Otros Aires, Dominic Miller, Marcus Miller.
The seven editions of the festival so far have helped to reconvert forgotten or underused spaces such as the Central Park, the Someş River, Pata Rât or Bogata de Mureş village.

Zilele Clujului
Every year, near the end of May, Cluj-Napoca transforms into a city-wide celebration. Participants from every background come together to celebrate “Zilele Clujului” - or Cluj Days, an event which has already become a tradition in the Heart of Transylvania. Over the last 8 years, “Zilele Clujului'' has gracefully developed into one of the most cherished festivals for those who live in Cluj-Napoca, entertaining hundreds of thousands of people. 
An important pillar in the cultural identity of Cluj-Napoca, not only does the festival manage to appeal to a large variety of participants, it also reflects the values of the society it is dedicated to: creative, dynamic, multicultural, but most importantly connected. The harmonious growth of this event is due to a key element - the involvement of the community.
